Guys,
I am in the process of applying for EAD renewal. I have few questions:
On the I-765 form,
Q.11 if applied for EAD before , complete below.
But there is nothing below other than your signature and date. It does not ask you of previous EAD information. What does "complete below" means?
Q.16 The Eligibility here would (c) (9) for I-485 applications correct?
Where do I mail this application . My AOS is pending at TSC.

H1B quotas for 2001, 2002 and 2003 were 195000. Three times the norm. This could be the reason they quotas were not met during those years. Sure market conditions also helped.
I thinks EB3 INDIA will move between 9/11/2001 to JAN 2004 , because after 9/11 probably few people applied for GreenCrd because of market condition, even h1b quotas are not used for 2002 and 2003, i applied for h1b on 2004 April , no surprise the quota available because of market condition.

There were times when people with certain disease were discriminated against.

Should we do call the sponsor of this act? The dream act supporters list the senators that are on the fence, and urge them to call and I think we need to start call the main players like Reid, Schumer, Menendez to get them behind our provisions. Calling Durbin is probably will not work but we never know, thanks

My I140 was approved at California center and my 485 is sent to Nebraska on june 22. Is that a problem?

Everyone is just frustrated....I pity our condition.
But just live life King Size....dont think about it too much. Almost everyone of us has family back home we can always find a great job and go to.

:) sure you are otherwise you wouldn't be living here.
I am not againist H4 guys but i can't help but laugh when H4 guys complain that they were being treated bad by not allowing them to work.
One has to understand that US allows ppl on a certain basis and H4 is nothing but to join your spouse (or something like that for kids).
One can request them to make a provision for H4 ppl to work but blaming that they haven't done that simply by fogetting on what basis they entered US.... hmmm i don't know.
Questioning their speed of process and other irregular rules... yes i am with you but blaming them for above ... i don't think that is fair.
I wonder how many who come here on H4 know what complexities lay ahead in the G.C processing. unfortunately it is not easy to undo their marriage and go back.
They need a fair deal too just like the way those in EB-3 are waiting for a proposal that addresses their issues more directly rather than trickle down. I guess u r one of them.
I dont know how much u know about G.C before u came here. I am yet to understand it clearly.

DC is fine. NY/Nj is fine too. But we need to turn up in numbers.
If it is DC, I think the effect will be better. I will drive down to DC and can car pool with other IV members fron NY/NJ.

I have changed my employer and my new employer got me an extn also my GC is filed by them. Do u have the similar case?

Why did you come here instead of home country ... i came here to do the landing, and thought i'll do the visa stamping as well + Regular employer/ job /education questions ...come back tomorrow to collect the passport

Actually You have to PHYSICALLY present in Canda for 2 years in a 5 year period since the date landed.

Don't like EB-3 dates...but looking at EB-2 dates, does this mean that from now on we will see only forward movement in EB-2 I/C dates?
If the first month of the new year didn't retrogress, would every month see a movement of week or two? Or keeping in great USCIS tradition, this is just another 'fluke'? ;)
Thus far approvals have been at a steady pace--people are reporting GC directly in mail box without any formal cpo/approval/welcome mails too. Hopefully spill-over visas have been alloted to as mant pre-adjudicated petetions and they will clear out all approvable cases in 04 and EB2 dates will only forward. By Q3/Q4, it may cross-over well in.to 06
